Through the Viewfinder
|
A self portrait taken with the digital camera pointed at the viewfinder of a medium format Seagull 104 TLR. This process is often referred to as "through the viewfinder" or "TTV". Two kinds of cameras are often used for TTV's. The bubble glass viewfinder, found in the old Brownie and Duaflex camers; and the ground glass viewfinders, found in the Seagull TLR used here. TTV images are also usually approached using either a clean, clear viewfinder; or a dirty viewfinder, with all imperfections visible.
