Uploading Images:

   1. Register

   2. Log in with your user name and password

   3. Click the "Upload Images" button

You must create a folder before you can upload any images. You will see the buttons that allow you to create albums, modify albums and edit your profile.

Once you have created an Album:

   4. Click "Upload file" and follow the instructions on screen. You can upload ten (10) images at a time.

   5. Submit as many photographs as you like

Please keep in mind that if this is the first time you are uploading photography or you have never had an image used in one of our exhibits, you will NOT be able to view your uploads until they are selected for an exhibit.

Photographs will NOT be viewable to first-time contributors until the exhibit is announced to the public. Your images will only be viewable to the members of the Selections Committee

If your images are not selected for an exhibit: Don't worry, don't give up and pay close attention to the images that were rated highly by the committee.

Good Photograph Submission Practices:

1. •Only black & white images will be considered
   

2. •Regardless of dpi, all submissions can be comprised of files no larger than one (1) mb.
   

3. •Image sizes over 800 pixels at its largest side will be automatically rejected by the system.
   

4. •Always title all of your submissions (if they were meant to have titles)
   

5. •Always enter your full name in the space provided on each photo.
   

6. •Using the "Keywords" feature is always a bonus
   

7. •Make sure all of the fields in your User Profile are filled out, especially your bio. Incomplete registration information and short or omitted biographical information will seriously hurt your chances for having any of your submissions appear in one of our exhibits.
