BWPC Members retain copyright to the photos they upload to Bwpc.org.

Privacy!

Bwpc.org does not sell our Members' email addresses or personal information.  All information submitted to Bwpc.org is not to be sold or used in any way that violates your right to privacy. Upon registration as a BWPC member, email addresses are collected for the purpose of answering questions and responding to visitors. In the BWPC Gallery, authorship is attributed to a member by displaying their name; if that is not available, we display their user name. We do not display user emails however members can list their website or email if only they choose.

Spam is never endorsed at Bwpc.org. Our email newsletters are sent to those who subscribe on a volunteer, opt-in basis. We also provide numerous opportunities to unsubscribe from these emails, including opt-out links at the bottom of each newsletter.

This site contains copyrighted art and images that may not be copied without the permission of the owner of the image.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). 

We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail at the above address, writing to us at the above address.

With respect to security: We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site.
